Recipe Steps:
1. Soak Nutrela Soya Chunks in hot water.
2. Heat Nutrela Soyabean Oil and add a little butter.
3. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
4. Add the soaked soya chunks.
5. Toss in yellow, green, and red bell peppers.
6. Season with red chilli powder and salt.
7. Toss everything well.
8. Add milk and sprinkle Italian seasoning.
9. Mix well, cook for a few minutes, and serve hot!

Crispy on the outside, soft and flavourful on the inside- these Soya Hara Kebabs are the perfect blend of greens, protein and deliciousness.

A wholesome snack that's sure to impress with every bite!

Recipe Steps:

1. Blanch spinach and peas, then blend into a smooth mixture.
2. Soak Nutrela Soya Granules in hot water and squeeze out the excess water.
3. Saute onions, ginger, garlic and green chilli in Nutrela Soyabean Oil.
4. Mix the cooked mixture with soya granules, crumbled paneer, blended spinach-peas paste and red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, amchur and garam masala.
5. Shape into kebabs and top each one with a cashew.
6. Shallow fry in Nutrela Soyabean Oil until golden and crisp on both sides.
7. Serve hot with your favourite mint chutney and enjoy!

Bring home the rich, authentic flavours of Lahori Soya Masala with the wholesome goodness of Nutrela Soya Chunks.

Recipe Steps:
1. Soak Nutrela Soya Chunks in hot water and squeeze out the excess water.
2. Heat Nutrela Soyabean Oil and saute chopped onions until golden brown.
3. Add ginger, garlic, tomatoes, curd, and cashews. Cook well, then blend into a smooth paste.
4. Coat the soaked soya chunks with chickpea flour, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt.
5. Shallow fry the coated soya chunks in Nutrela Soyabean Oil until lightly golden.
6. In another pan, heat Nutrela Soyabean Oil and roast the prepared paste with turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, chole masala, and salt.
7. Add the fried soya chunks and cook until well coated with the masala.
8. Finish with crushed Kasuri methi and serve hot.

Give your snack time a wholesome twist with this delicious Lemon Garlic Soya- made with Nutrela for the perfect balance of taste and nutrition.

1. Soak the Nutrela Mini Soya Chunks in hot water for a few minutes. Squeeze out the excess water and transfer them to a bowl.
2. Add oats flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, and a drizzle of Nutrela
Soyabean Oil. Mix well until the chunks are evenly coated.
3. Air fry at 180°C until the soya turns golden and crispy.
4. Heat Nutrela Refined Soyabean Oil in a pan.
5. Add finely chopped garlic and green chillies. Sauté until fragrant.
6. Stir in fresh coriander leaves.
7. Sprinkle in a little flour and mix to create a light coating.
8. Add the crispy air-fried soya chunks and toss well until evenly coated.
9. Finish with a generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice and mix well.

Creamy, aromatic, and protein-packed, this easy Haryali Soya recipe is perfect for a wholesome meal.

1. Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 10–15 minutes. Squeeze out the excess water and keep aside.
2. In a mixer jar, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, cashews, and curd.
3. Blend into a smooth green paste.
4. Transfer the soaked soya chunks to a bowl.
5. Add the prepared green paste.
6. Season with salt, turmeric powder, and black pepper.
7. Mix everything well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
8. Heat Nutrela Soyabean Oil in a pan.
9. Add the onions and sauté until soft.
10. Add the marinated soya mixture and cook for 2–3 minutes.
11. Pour in hot water and mix well.
12. Add lemon juice and garam masala.
13. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
14. Serve hot with steamed rice.

Soya Mughlai Paratha- crispy, flavourful, and packed with wholesome goodness.

Recipe Steps:

1. Soak the soya granules in hot water for 5–10 minutes. Squeeze out the excess water.
2. Prepare a soft dough using flour, salt, and water. Rest for 15 minutes.
3. Heat Nutrela Refined Soyabean Oil in a pan.
4. Sauté chopped garlic and onion until fragrant.
5. Add chopped cabbage, carrot, beans, and green chilli. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
6. Add the soaked soya granules.
7. Season with salt, soy sauce, and chilli sauce. Mix well and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
8. Let the filling cool.
9. Roll out a dough ball, place the filling in the center, and seal it.
10. Roll gently into a paratha.
11. Cook on a hot tawa with Nutrela Refined Soyabean Oil until golden brown on both sides.
12. Serve hot with curd, pickle, or your favourite chutney.
