When life gives you tomatoes… make THIS 🔥🍅
Spicy, tangy, homemade tomato thokku that tastes heavenly with dosa, idli, chapati & even curd rice 🤤❤️
Simple ingredients. Big flavor. Pure comfort food ✨
🛒 Ingredients:
• Ripe tomatoes
• Onion
• Green chilies
• Curry leaves
• Mustard seeds
• Urad dal
• Turmeric powder
• Chili powder
• Salt & oil
👩‍🍳 How I made it:
✨ Temper mustard, urad dal & curry leaves
✨ Sauté onions & chilies
✨ Add tomatoes with spices
✨ Cook until thick, rich & jammy ❤️

✨ Vegetable Kurma – Creamy, Flavorful & Perfect with Chapati, Parotta or Rice 😍
The kind of curry that makes everyone ask for a second serving! ❤️

🥕 Ingredients: • Onion • Tomato • Carrot • Beans • Green Peas • Potato • Green Chilli • Curry Leaves • Coriander Leaves • Oil / Ghee • Whole Spices • Turmeric Powder • Chilli Powder • Coriander Powder • Garam Masala • Salt
🥥 Coconut Paste: • Fresh Coconut • Garlic Cloves • Green Chilli • Bengal Gram.

👩‍🍳 Method:
1️⃣ Pressure cook the vegetables for 1 whistle.
2️⃣ Heat ghee and oil in a pan.
3️⃣ Add whole spices, chopped garlic, green chilli and curry leaves.
4️⃣ Add sliced onions and sauté until golden.
5️⃣ Add turmeric powder and tomatoes. Cook until soft.
6️⃣ Add the cooked vegetables and coconut paste. 7️⃣ Mix in chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
8️⃣ Add water to adjust consistency and bring to a boil.
9️⃣ Add salt and finish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot and enjoy! 😋

Your dosa found its soulmate 🤌❤️
Smoky, spicy, tangy onion tomato chutney that tastes HEAVENLY with hot dosa 😍🌶️

📝 Ingredients:

• 3 Big onions
• 2 tomatoes
• 10–12 small shallots
• 8–10 garlic cloves
• Curry leaves
• Coriander leaves
• Dry red chillies
• Tamarind – small piece
• Salt to taste
• Gingelly Oil

👩‍🍳 Method:

1️⃣ Heat oil & roast dry red chillies, garlic, shallots, curry leaves and onions until soft.
2️⃣ Add chopped tomatoes & cook until mushy.
3️⃣ Add tamarind, salt & coriander leaves. Cook for 2 mins.
4️⃣ Cool completely and grind into a smooth chutney.
5️⃣ Temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves & dry chilli for extra flavor ✨
The tempering makes it NEXT LEVEL 🔥
Serve hot with dosa, idli or chapathi ❤️
