Butter Chicken/ Murgh Makhani Dhaba Style

Rajma Chawal

RAJMA means kidney beans gravy and CHAWAL means steam rice.

Rajma Masala – a protein rich Pink Kidney Beans curry, a popular vegetarian gravy, originating from the Indian subcontinent, cooked with many Indian whole spices, and is usually served with rice. Rajma chawal is a favorite food of Punjab and best eaten during winters 😍

Its super healthy and flavorsome

When served with rice it becomes one wholesome meal. It can also be served with roti or parantha.

Punjabi Chole Bhature

Punjabi chole masala is one of the most popular curry dishes from India. In fact in north India no wedding or party is complete until you have chole masala on the menu.
Chickpeas are cooked with onions, tomatoes and lots of spices. A special blend of spices called “chole powder/masala” is easily available at any store. One can make chole masala powder at home too by dry roasting ingredients like cumin, cloves, coriander, peppercorn, cardamom etc.

Bhatura is a fluffy deep-fried leavened sourdough bread originating from the Indian subcontinent. It is commonly served with spicy chole masala.
