Recipe
Boil all vegetables in a cooker for about 4-5 whistles and churn it well .... strain it add salt n pepper n enjoy hot ....

Moongdal pancakes

Soaked moongdal 1/2 cup
Grated beetroot 3 tbsp
Grated carrot. 3 tbsp
Red yellow capsicum 3 tbsp
Grated garlic 1 tbsp
Grated ginger 1 tbsp
Green chiy 1 less spicy chopped
Salt n pepper as per taste
Recipe
Take a chopper n add moongdal in it n chop it roughly but it has to be crunchy ( soak the washed dal for about 3-4 hours) remove it in a bowl add all vegetables n garlic n ginger n chillies n strain everything for about 10 minutes so that excess water will be drained add salt pepper n coriander if u like n spread it on a non stick pan like vada n let it cook for about 4-5 minutes each side allow it to cook well on both sides pour little oil on sides n on top n cook it ...enjoy it hot ....

Let's make moongdal thatte idli
Ingredients
Moongdal 1 cup
Rice ( jaada) 1/4 cup
Cooked rice 1/4 cup
Urad dal. 3 tbsp
Eno 1 packet
Recipe
Soak both dal n rice over night after washing it thoroughly.in the morning grind the batter with cooked rice n grind very well it should be very smooth ....let it ferment for around 1-2 hrs boil water in the steamer...now take the batter in a small bowl add eno n salt stir well add hot water on eno n pour in the small platee or if you have thatte idli mould n keep it in the steamer to cook for about 10 minutes let it cook well n enjoy with sambhar n coconut chutney πŸ˜‹

Coriander stems 3_4
Ginger 1/2 inch grated
Garlic 1 pod grated
Corn flour 2 tbsp optional
Salt as per taste n pepper PWD 1 tsp
Blanched vegetables
French beans 4-5 small chopped

Baby corn 3-4
Add water ina pan bring it to boil now add lemon grass ginger n coriander leaves n cook for few minutes strain it now add corn flour slurry n mix till it thickens add blanched vegetables n serve hot with coriander leaves n add vinegar n green chilly sauce if you like...enjoy πŸ˜‹

Onion πŸ§… 1/2 small
Carrot πŸ₯• 1 small grated
Spring onion 1 bulb n it's leaves
Coriander leaves a handful
Salt as per taste
Pepper PWD 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tsp ( olive oil)
Corn flour 11/2 tbsp or besan atta roasted also you can take
Ginger 1/4 inch
Garlic 1 pod both grated
Oil for shallow frying

Boil sweet potato n potato 🍠 πŸ₯” in cooker ..in a pan take oil nsaite onions a little bit add ginger n garlic n saute again now add carrot n saute a bit switch off the gas n cook it add spring onion leaves n bulb n mix well add corn flour add salt n pepper n make tikki n shallow fry on non stick pan ...enjoy with green chutney in curd... πŸ˜‹

Dalia 3 tbsp
Vegetable of your choice 1 bowl
Ghee for tempering
Rai jeera 1 tsp each
Haldi red chilly PWD 1 tsp
Dhanjeera 11/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Masala chhas
Curd 2 tbsp
Salt n coriander per taste
Ghee 1tsp for tempering
Green chillies if u like 1 small
Jeera 1 tsp
Hing a pinch
For Dalia
In a cooker take ghee add jeera n Rai nnhing add all vegetables of your choice saute for few minutes with salt add all masalas n saute with Dalia too for few minutes n add 1 cup water n cook for three whistles ...no need to soak Dalia ..just wash it n cook it .in a pan take ghee add jeera green chillies n hing if u like u can even add curry leaves ...

Bottle gourd 1/2 cup
Cauliflower 1/2 cup
Cabbage leaves 1/2 cup
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic pods 4-5
Coriander stems 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Roasted jeera PWD 1 tsp
Pepper PWD 1 tsp
Method
Cut bottle gourd n cauliflower into small pieces take cabbage leaves garlic n ginger also n coriander stems boil then in cooker with 1 1/2 cups of water add pinch of haldi n hing if u like it's completely optional boil it for around 3 whistles let the cooker get cool a bit n churn it with blender ( do not churn it in mixer grinder) stain it n add salt n boil it for few minutes ...while serving add roasted jeera PWD n pepper PWD n enjoy hot ....trust me it's delicious

Sweet potato 🍠 3tbsp boiled n mashed
Rajgira atta 1/2 cup
Rice flour 1/4 cup
Coriander handful
Green chillies 1 or as per your taste
Water for the batter
Salt,pepper,roasted jeera 1 tsp each
Soda a pinch
Recipe
Take boiled n mashed sweet potato 🍠 in a bowl add rajgeera n rice flour into it add water n make a batter add all spices n coriander n green chillies n stir well n leave it for around 1/2 an hour ..add soda n heat the pan n make small pancakes n enjoy in the dinner...u can even add some paneer for the protein intake ....serve them hot with green chutney n curd if u like.....
