It's no surprise that I love coconut based curries and this Laksa with rice noodles has turned into a hot monsoon comfort food for me.
Love the flavours, base and noodles so mouch🥺

Whipped up a quick salad and topped it up with some air fried Peri-Peri Tempeh and a coconut dressing!

i absolutely loveddddd the flavour, cant wait to try it in Wraps or curries.

Red wine and spiced poached pear, vanilla Co-Yo and pine nut crumble
Its been sooo long i have cooked in my kitchen and this recipe has been on my bucket list for a while.

Punjabi food is soooo close to my heart
I absolutely miss working in my kitchen and making this rich, creamy, buttery, tangy gravy with "chicken" was the perfect dinner. Heavy but perfect!

Roasted Beetroot Hummus, creamy sweetish hummus drizzled will olive oil.
Hummus is one of my go to spreads for sandwiches or a dip with some lavash. The addition of the roasted Beetroot gave it so much depth and ofcourse the gorgeous colour!
Any other Hummus combination?

It's always summer season in Mumbai and I made these perfect strawberry and mango popsicles with Only Earth]] coconut milk!
How I Made it-
1st layer is a strawberry chia jam
2nd layer is Only Earth]] coconut milk + choice of sweetener
3rd layer is frozen mango + Only Earth]] coconut milk

So i was extremely gutsy with my loaf of sourdough this time and i made a ragi and seeds sourdough...
The result wasn't as good as i had hoped, the crumb is a little dense but after toasting it and a generous amount of butter, it is absolutely delicious!
Can't wait to try my next loaf!
