Introducing Our Newest Pasta: Mafaldine đź‘‘

Freshly made at our pastificio, our new Mafaldine is slowly extruded through traditional bronze dies using a blend of 90% durum wheat and 10% whole wheat. We then gently roll them into delicate nests, packed and ready for your kitchen.

Also known as Reginette (or “Little Queens”), this beautiful shape originated in Naples in the early 1900s, created in honor of Princess Mafalda of Savoy.

With ruffled edges, Mafaldine holds heavy, velvety sauces beautifully. Pair it with a rich meat or lentil ragĂą, a velvety mushroom cream, or a simple, comforting tomato-ricotta sauce. Every bite is a perfect balance of texture and flavor.
