Originating from Tuscany, Gigli (meaning “lilies”) is also known as campanelle (“little bells”). Its beautiful, ruffled shape is built to handle rich ragùs, baked dishes, and heavy sauces.

Our pastas are slowly extruded at our pastificio using the best local flours, dried slowly over 3-4 days for the perfect texture and bite. Also, available gluten free!

Our sauces are crafted with zero preservatives and 100% extra virgin olive oil. Each batch of pasta is extruded using a signature blend of 90% durum wheat and 10% whole wheat, crafted right here at our Khar pastificio.

Pizzoccherri alla Valtellinese- an alpine pasta dish from the Lombardy region of Italy made with fresh buckwheat pasta, winter vegetables (we use a mix of potatoes, savoy cabbage, mustard greens, Swiss chard, caramelized onion and garlic) and a local cheese (we’ve used Gruyere). A hearty, rustic and wholesome dish that we are very excited to serve all through Jan and Feb at our famiglia dinners! A little piece of the Italian alps at your neighborhood pastificio - can’t wait for you to try this.
