Kumro Bora (Pumpkin fritters) : A very simple bhaja dish (fritters), served crisp with steamed rice and Dal. I learnt this recipe from a very dear friend's mother, who always feeds us with much love and warmth. Though simple, this dish requires a lot of patience and time.
