Whereas change is constant, my passion for cooking has remained unchanged. It began with Too Many Cooks, when I partnered with my sister and we did children’s birthday parties, adult party catering and even a wedding! Then she moved to Dubai, I took to teaching professionally, and I wanted to give more time to my daughters. Though so much has changed some things have remained the same. My passion,

my dream, my work… all three have come together as In the Mix. I launch myself again with a few of my favourites. There are scrumptious indulgences and healthy treats. Hope all of you enjoy eating them as much as I enjoy making them.
