अवधी दावत, जिसे लखनऊ के आसपास के इलाकों में दस्तरख्वान के नाम से जाना जाता है, में मुख्य रूप से विस्तृत मांसाहारी व्यंजन शामिल होते हैं, जिनमें इलायची, केसर और अन्य समृद्ध मसालों का स्वाद होता है। इसे मुगलई भोजन के नाम से जाना जाता है।

तुलसी थिएटर के पास का क्षेत्र, हजरतगंज प्रचुर मात्रा में अवधी और मुगलई-आधारित स्वादों का केंद्र बना हुआ है और यहां के विशिष्ट व्यंजनों में से एक तवा चिकन मसाला है। इस व्यंजन को तैयार करने में लगभग 10-12 घंटे लगते हैं और मुख्य सामग्री नारियल का बुरादा, पोस्ता और खस खस हैं। वही तवा चिकन मसाला हमारे आउटलेट पर उपलब्ध है। इसे रुमाली रोटी या उल्टे तवा का मुगलई परांठे के साथ एक बार जरूर ट्राई करें।

The Awadhi feast, known as Dastarkhwan in the areas around Lucknow, consists mainly of elaborate non-vegetarian dishes, flavoured with cardamom, saffron and other rich spices. Better known as Mughlai food.

Area near Tulsi Theatre, Hazratganj remains a hub of plentiful Awadhi and Mughlai-based flavours and one of the signature dishes here is Tawa Chicken Masala. This delicacy takes about 10-12 hours for preparation and the main ingredients are Nariyal ka Burada, Posta & Khus Khus. The same Tawa Chicken Masala is available at our outlet. Try it once with Rumali Roti or Ulte Tawa ka Mughlai Paratha.
