Better Safe Than Sorry !
We, founder of Ambika Green Veggies took a look in Dhantoli couple of days before. What we experiences last days are -
1) People in Dhantoli go to Cotton Market. They bring vegetables for a week.
2) Some of them just cook a vegetable once in a day and eat in either or schedule. If they cook food in the morning then the same will eat in evening.
3) Some people says they get the vegetables near their building/s.
4) Now its LOL. People in Dhantoli go to Garden via their own Car for walking.
5) They give Delivery charge to some of ventures like Food Panda, Swiggy, Uber eats, Pizza hut and all.
6) Some of them are looking towards us by making some awkward faces and told us, " 500 Rs.? Itana Delivery Charge lena padata hai kya ?"
Now, What we think on above experiences are -
1) Dont bring vegetables from cotton market as they are not fresh. If you think you will get fresh vegetables early in the morning then its totally bad conception. How it is possible to get fresh vegetables in the morning ? If you bring the vegetables in the morning then it is confirmed that the vegetables was cut one day before.
2) Why are you lazy about your health ? Why don't you cook food in both the timing. If you cook vegetables in morning and keep as it is then the food might get deteriorate. You need to cook food in both morning and evening to keep you fresh and healthy.
3) No doubt, you will get your vegetables near your houses or buildings, but are you really sure about that they are fresh and eligible to cook? Many vendors sprayed DESI DAARU (yes! you heard correctly) , Vinegar or some food spray to make vegetable look fresh. Ask your Sabjiwala or Bhajiwala either they have Food License or MUddyog Aadhar Registration Number ? Are they really applicable to sell any vegetables ?
4) Study suggest that, if you stick to your diet schedule, you don't need to go for jogging or walking or any exercise. We farmer never ever did such type of things and still we live longer comparing to you ! My own Grandmother died in 2017 at the age of 103 naturally without any disease/s or disorder/s.
5) You need to support farmers if they want to do something good. They also want to make themselves like such type of ventures who earn lot of money from you. You people just download the app without any thinking, accept the terms and condition/s,order on it and eat. after few days you need to go to doctors because of some food related diseases or infections. You pay for your order to them without uttering single word and they supply bad food to your doorsteps. Be little bit kind toward farmers.
6) If 500 Rs delivery charge for a month is extra for you then you need to do one thing. Just maintain and track the record for what you eat from outside. If you consider 500 Rs is a big amount then think about us and our daily routine. Then you came to know that its very small amount. If you get organic food and fresh vegetables at the cost of 15 to 16 Rs per day then this amount really matter to you ? Kindly don't ignore farmers directly. Just take a small experience, then reject them if you really don't like it.
Thanks !
