The sweltering heat signals the summertime activities we grew up with -- making pickles, syrups and preserving fresh produce. At our restaurant Yelloh we carry on that tradition.

Fresh kokum from our farm are turning into a natural sarbat or syrup that will now fo into our desserts and coolers.

Celebrating with a bottle of our beautiful, crisp Riesling!

Grown in the highest spot in our vineyards in Igatpuri, the vines get ample sunshine and cool, breezy evenings. The soil is gravely, with a hint of limestone.

It is said that the day commemorates the first documented mention of the grape in a German cellar log on March 13, 1435.

With bright acidity, the versatile grape can be used in diverse styles, ranging from bone-dry to sweet.
