Reliable Autotech has an in house salt spray testing facility to evaluate the corrosion resistance of products, paints and coatings under high saline conditions over extended periods. This testing helps assess the durability and performance of surface treatments under controlled conditions.

Sheet metal stamping is a core manufacturing capability at Reliable, backed by three decades of experience in producing high quality metal components for diverse applications and industry segments.

Our press infrastructure ranges from 40 tons to 2000 tons, including fully automated Transfer press, Progressive press and high tonnage presses. Dedicated manufacturing infrastructure supporting high accuracy assembly and consistent production quality.

Reliable has specialized expertise in axle beam assembly for tractors, where assembly requirements involve very high accuracy and tolerance limits that can extend to a few microns.

The dedicated axle beam assembly setup integrates robotic and manual welding stations, boring and drilling SPMs, bush pressing machines and checking fixtures. This integrated infrastructure enables Reliable to manage critical assembly operations through dedicated equipment and controlled manufacturing processes.

Experience: 10 to 12 years

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-

• Lead the RFQ process, including costing and proposal submission
• Manage price revisions and drive new business from existing and prospective customers
• Track monthly and annual sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets
• Collaborate with technical teams on product development and issue resolution
• Manage customer negotiations, tenders and business requirements
• Build strong relationships with OEM customers and serve as the primary point of contact
• Identify new business opportunities and support business development initiatives
• Prepare and share MIS reports related to sales and business development
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and support customer satisfaction and business growth
Skills Required
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of IATF 16949
• Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP and VAVE
