Coconut ladoo 🥥🥥

Recipe below:-

Ingredients you will need

1. fresh coconut- 2
2. Sugar - 1/2 cup
3. ghee- 2tsp
4. Milk- 2 cup
5. Cardamon -1/2 TSP

Recipe:-

First take fresh grated 2 coconut in a blender and pulses few time so the coconut grates are fine and even. Take coconut in a kadhai......used non stick kadai.

Salute the coconut in the pan for 2 min so the excess moisture dries a little

Add in milk and sugar .....

Mix well , taste the mixture to see whether the sweetness is okey for you ....u can also add sugar according to your taste

Add in crashed nuts.

Mixed everything really well

Add ghee at the time and cook till it comes together.

Now the mixture is thick

Remove the mixture to the bowl

Take desiccated coconut in a plate for rolling the ladoo.

Take small portion from the mixture and roll it into smooth ball.

Now coconut ladoos done 👍
