Zaika-e-Nizamuddin (ZeN) is a women Self Help Group supported by Aga Khan Foundation. The group specialises in recipes from authentic mughlai cuisine of the 700 year old culturally rich Basti Hazrat Nizamuddin. Be it 'melt in the mouth' mutton shami kebabs or lip-smacking biryani, the women chefs of ZeN have excelled in capturing the very flavours of Nizamuddin. The group is also adept at preparin

g delicious and healthy snacks following the age-old recipes of 'dadi-ammis' and 'nani-ammis' like atta-besan laddoo, til-gud laddoo, nutri-mathri, etc. All the products made by the women are prepared by hand in small batches, under strictly hygienic and safe working conditions.
