Angad Chachra (Founder): Angad is an alumnus from the Oberoi School of Hotel Management and was the youngest bartender to ever represent India at the ‘World Skill Championship’ in Hotel and Bar Service. An experienced sommelier and chef, he has worked with the Oberoi Group, one of the finest luxury hotel chains in the country. During a short span of five years, Angad has successfully set up more than 125 restaurants and over 15 hotels across the globe. Akashdeep Singh Dhiman (Co-Founder): With an encyclopaedic knowledge of the hospitality industry, Akashdeep has helped establish more than 50 restaurants pan India. After completing his graduation from Oberoi Udaivilas, Akashdeep worked at Trident BKC, Mumbai for one year. A seasoned sommelier, he sees mixology as an art, and not as a science. All his concoctions are naturally infused with locally sourced ingredients, enhancing the taste and texture of each of his creations.
