KARA Organics Fresh organic vegetables & dairy from our our own farm which has been chemical & pesticide free for over 15 years and is also certified by ECOCERT.

We grow & sell organic vegetables(regular & exotic) which are high on nutritive values and natural taste. We also do dairy products like fresh cottage cheese (paneer) made from our own Sahiwal cows. Our cows are fed certified organic fodder grown at the farm itself and milked naturally without any injected hormones or artificial methods. Our vegetables are produced by highly experienced and knowle

dgeable work force at our own farm where the entire management process of organic production is directly under our supervision. The bio inputs used in the production of vegetable are also manufactured by our own processing unit. These are all approved for organic agriculture & certified by world renowned agencies such as the IMO. Our farm is certified as per NPOP( National Program for Organic production) by ECOCERT. The Farm Yard Manure which is being used for the production of these organic vegetables to maintain nutritive value of soil is also produced in house from our own cows/farm animals. This is a unique production process where all the inputs are produced under strict control condition by single management team thereby ensuring that the fresh farm produce is an output of good management practices and of very high quality and nutritive values. We are located in the heart of Delhi and with limited transportation time and distance we ensure fresh vegetables, plucked as per requirement and straight from our farm to your kitchen!

The onset of a new season with some happy harvest❣️. If there is one thing we can wholeheartedly voucher for is Ash Gourd juice..also known as safed Pethha. With its high water and high fibre content it works like magic for your gut and is the best natural cure for acidity. Best had first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

We have felt so helpless with the extended monsoon this year and delayed planting. But our winter crops are now germinating beautifully and it almost feels like a very lush upcoming season ❣️ Climate is a bane and boon of a farmer's life and we can only accept it and keep going. And we don't fight it, after all being truly organic is about going with the flow and following nature's orders right ?
