Happy to bring Turkish wines to India— Paşaeli 🍷🇹🇷🇮🇳
Crafted in the sun-drenched vineyards of Western Turkey, Paşaeli Wines reflect a beautiful balance of tradition and innovation. With roots in the Aegean region, these wines showcase indigenous Turkish grapes alongside international varietals, offering elegant, expressive profiles that truly stand out.

India’s relationship with alcohol is evolving. While consumption still comes with cultural and regulatory complexities, there’s a clear and growing curiosity—especially when it comes to wine. More consumers are exploring beyond spirits and beer, leaning into wine for its experience, sophistication, and global connection.

Interestingly, while parts of the world are reducing alcohol intake, India is moving in the opposite direction. The market continues to expand, drawing global attention. A strong example: major French investments—reportedly around €100 million—are being directed into Rajasthan’s wine and alcohol sector, signaling long-term confidence in India’s growth story.

Despite challenges in distribution and regulation, the momentum is undeniable. India isn’t just opening up to wine—it’s developing a taste for it.

✨ Uzbekistan is a hidden jewel waiting to be discovered.

A land filled with history, whispers of 1001 stories, and streets that hum with life.
Right now, Bukhara is hosting a biennale not to be missed by gastronomy lovers “Recipes to the Heart.” 💖

The theme draws from an old local tale:
Once, a prince fell in love with an ordinary girl. He tried to hide his feelings and grew ill. When the great Ibn Sina (Avicenna) checked his pulse, he called out the names of Bukhara’s districts and when he mentioned the girl’s neighborhood, the prince’s heartbeat quickened. 💓
Ibn Sina declared it was love and prescribed marriage… and a special plov recipe to restore the prince’s strength.

So this Biennale is not only a celebration of gastronomy, but also of emotion, connection, and the flavors of the heart.

The air is rich with the scent of samsas and plov, and every restaurant is alive with laughter. 🍽️

In this Muslim-majority yet secular country, the Slavic influence lingers from the music to the glasses raised in toasts. 🥂

Uzbekistan’s wine culture is looks like it’s growing fast, blending international grape varieties with local flair. I’ve tried a few so far — nothing remarkable yet — but I’d love your tips!

🍷✨ A Memorable Evening at the Turkish Wine Tasting Event with Delhi Wine Club!🇹🇷🍇

We had the pleasure of exploring exquisite wines from renowned Turkish wineries together with the members of the Delhi Wine Club on December 18th at the Delhi Park Hotel: Heraki, Midin, Vinolus, Kastro Tireli, and Doluca wines were poured to our glasses during the master class and dinner. The tasting featured indigenous grape varieties such as Bornova Misketi, Öküzgözü, Boğazkere, and Kerkus—each offering a unique flavor profile that delighted our palates. 

Special thanks to the former president, , and current president, , for organizing this exceptional event. Their dedication brought us together to « Connect » through the world of wine. 🙏🍷

Though many of the members have traveled to Türkiye, these wines were a delightful discovery for all. The evening was filled with enjoyment, culminating in lively dances set to Turkish music—a perfect blend of culture and camaraderie. 🎶💃
