Alpha Milkfoods Pvt. Ltd. is an integrated milk and dairy products company which caters to institutional as well as retail customers. The plant is equipped with the ultra-modern processing facilities and the state of the art laboratories to test raw material, monitor manufacturing process & finished product in hygienic conditions, ensuring total quality management. The processing facility is located in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, with an input capacity of 5,00,000 liters of milk everyday.
Our integrated business model connects all aspects of value chain of dairy industry which includes Cattle Feed Supply, procurement of raw milk from villages (Village Level Collection) and the Production, Supply and Sale of milk and milk based products. We believe that our integrated business model enables us to leverage the dairy industry value chain, ensures efficiency in costs and operating margins and has more control over the production process resulting in quality products.
We use the latest technology like Multi Stage Drying (3 stage), Continuous Butter Making Machine (CBM), Auto Butter transfers, Auto-Desludger Seperator (20KL), Hassia FFS Machine, Blast Cold Rooms etc., for achieving finest quality and maximum productivity.
We are certified by FSSAI, Agmark, BIS, ISO:22000, Export Council of India, HALAL and are FSSC:22000 certified by Intertek.
