𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫:-
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the market share in the spice industry.
• Identify and onboard new distributors, maintain strong relationships, and ensure timely supply and distribution of products.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to company goals and targets.
• Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to the senior management team.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, retailers, and distributors to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
• Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
• Making appointments with and meeting new customers
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 & 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or spice industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the spice industry, including product trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned area.
