Gupshup is all about food free from processed masalas. I started my journey when I realized 1. The after effects on kids health of chemicals that are being put on fruits and vegetables.
2. Also, processed stuff is being used in day to day in every household that are proving injurious to kids health.
3. Most critical ingredient is cooking oil that is being reused. So, here is an answer with GUPSHUP. We cook food in which vegetables used - are washed properly, dipped overnight if needed, before cooking to remove chemical . Majority food is free from processed masalas. No frozen stuff is used.
