*अभ्यंग स्नान*
🧘🏻‍♂️आजकाल Race आणि Stress ची lifestyle आहे. याचा परिणाम आरोग्यावर होत आहे. शारीरिक आणि मानसिक तणाव कमी करण्यासाठी रोज अभ्यंग स्नान करावे असे आयुर्वेद संहिता सांगतात. सध्या रोज अभ्यंग स्नान करणे शक्य होणार नाही म्हणून दिवाळीचे 5 दिवस व आठवड्यातून एकदा तरी अभ्यंग स्नान केले पाहिजे.

🍯 *अभ्यंग स्नान करण्याची पद्धत* 🍯
1) प्रथम कृषिवेद नंदी तेल घाना चे अभ्यंग तेल डबल बॉयलर पद्धतीने गरम करून घ्या
2) पूर्ण शरीरावर तेल लावून 5 मिनटे तसेच राहुद्या त्यानंतर हलक्या हाताने मालिश करा
3) मालिश झाल्यानंतर 30 मिनटे शरीरामध्ये तेल मुरुद्या
