The GOAN CULINARY CLUB was founded as a non- profit organization in Arrosim – Goa on the 3rd of March , 2012 - and the Founders are Odette & Joe Mascarenhas together with Rene & Maria Barreto. The Goan Culinary Club founded by Odette and Joe Mascarenhas - Maria and Rene Barreto will be based in Goa and will have chapters all over the world. The clubs so formed will be responsible for their own wo
rking, and will keep the main Club in Goa informed of its progress and have a close working relationship. In Goa an Advisory Working committee will be selected to work with the Founders towards the aims and objectives of the club. The Advisory council shall be made up of Goans and or friends of Goans who have a good knowledge of Authentic Goan Cuisine and are associated with Hotels or restaurants in Goa. The selection responsibility of the Advisory Working Committee will be in the hands of the cofounders based in Goa and their decision will be final. The working committee will keep the co founders informed of all the happenings at all times. Based on the principle of the Club the aims and objectives of the Goan Culinary Club were specified. While members are requested to participate in the Clubs activities, every activity is optional. However, worldwide coverage by founder member Rene and Maria Baretto will take the Organizations involvement to every corner of the world where Goan Associations and the other chapters of the world exist.
