Naturals-style Tender Coconut Ice Cream at home—without an electric be**er! 🌴✨

No airy whipping cream needed! Learn how to get that authentic, rich, melt-in-the-mouth texture with soft, fresh tender coconut chunks in every single bite. 🍦🤍

Ingredients:

Fresh Green Tender Coconut (with soft malai): 1 to 2

1 cup soft coconut malai (for smooth puree)

2–3 tbsp soft coconut malai (finely chopped, for chunks)

2 tbsp fresh coconut water

Fresh Cream (Chilled): 1 cup (200 ml)

Condensed Milk: ½ cup (adjust sweetness to taste)

Method:

Make the Puree: Blend 1 cup of soft tender coconut malai with 2 tbsp coconut water until thick and smooth.

Prep Malai Chunks: Finely chop 2–3 tbsp of soft coconut malai into tiny bite-sized bits and keep aside.

Mix the Base: In a bowl, combine chilled fresh cream, condensed milk, and the coconut puree. Gently fold using a fork until smooth and well blended—no be**er required!

Add the Chunks: Gently fold in the chopped coconut bits into the ice cream mixture.

Freeze: Transfer the mixture into an airtight container. Press a sheet of butter paper directly on the surface to prevent ice crystals, seal the lid tightly, and freeze for 7–8 hours.

Scoop, serve chilled, and enjoy! 🍦🥄
