This Masala is blend of spices and roasted onion, ginger and garlic cooked and ready to just add raw Veggies/Meat. This is 100% VEGETARIAN Curry masala. This have been so perfectly cooked that NO PRESERVATIVES have been added and can be stored easily. Its home made and prepared fresh. COOKING INSTRUCTION for :-
1) Raw Veggies : Masala + water(around 1 cup or as required) + veggie. Boil until cooke

2) Paneer, Sev , Patodi or Any Cooked Item : Masala + water(around 1 cup or as required )+ Boil. Then add cooked item.
3) Chicken : Masala + water(around 1 cup or as required) + chicken. Boil until cooked.
4) Mutton: Masala + water(around 1 cup or as required) + Meat. Pressure cook until three whistles. TIPS: You can marinate in this masala for an hour or so to enhance the taste. We have freshly frozen this masala to preserve its original taste until it reaches you!! STORAGE:
