Besides its colling nature aam panna gives lots of benefits -

⭐️Remember, moderation is key to every food item you enjoy.
Make it with pot water, raw mangoes, jaggery, fennelseeds, black salt, cumin seed powder. Avoid refridgerating it and have fresh and cool aam panna.
