🎉 Quick & Delightful Rasmalai Modaks for Ganpati Bappa 🙏
With Ganesh Chaturthi around the corner, here’s a quick and irresistible prasad recipe that’s sure to win Bappa’s heart. These Rasmalai Modaks take just 15–20 minutes and never fail to impress!
Ingredients:
Ghee – ½ tsp
Paneer – 200 gms
Milk Powder – ½ cup
Powdered Sugar – 3 tbsp
Pistachio & Almond Powder – as needed
Saffron strands & Cardamom powder – for flavor
👩🍳 Method:
1) Blend paneer in a mixer until smooth and creamy.
2) In a pan, heat ghee and add the blended paneer, sugar, and milk powder together.
Stir continuously on a low to medium flame for 6–8 minutes until the mixture begins to bind.
3) Lower the heat and mix in pistachio-almond powder, saffron, and cardamom.
4) Transfer the mixture to a plate and let it cool completely.
5) Once cooled, knead well until the mixture is smooth and crack-free—this step ensures your modaks hold their shape.
6) Using a modak mould, place a few slices of pistachio inside, fill with the mixture, and press firmly.
Gently remove from the mould—and voilà!
Your Rasmalai Modaks are ready to offer to Ganpati Bappa with love.
