A beautiful old summer cooler from Indian homes 🌹✨

Here’s how we make it at home:

• Dried rose petals
• Dried kokum
• Rock sugar (khadi sakhar)
• Cold water
• A small pinch of black salt

Soak the rose petals and kokum in water for 15–20 minutes.
Mash gently, strain the mixture, add rock sugar, and stir well. Finish with a tiny pinch of black salt for that perfect sweet-tangy balance 🌿

Cooling, floral, refreshing… and somehow softer than modern packaged drinks.
