So, we fired Ameya as the designer — even if he still insists he was up to the mark. And no, he wasn’t fired for writing captions. Yet.

For the longest time, we were busy doing what we care about most: making good beer. Design, naturally, took a back seat. But over time, we realized something important — if the beer has a backstory, the brand should too. Everything needed to feel unmistakably Yavasura: the visuals, the tone, the feeling. Recognizable at first glance.

That’s really what this is about. Growth. Coherence. A little more clarity, a little more drama, and hopefully a lot more Yavasura.

What we say, how we brew, and how we look — finally in sync. This is the result of a year or so of building a design language we could call ours, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Hey all!

As you all might have noticed, we have restarted the Craft Beer Resolution, but not without some minor hiccups- in true Yavasura style, it is always done with a tad of haste, planning troubles.

But from this time on, we are taking a little bit of proactive steps, which means that I (Ameya) am working (reluctantly) more, pinky promise.

In that pursuit, let me tell you all a bit about Craft Beer Resolution- we meet one Saturday evening every month to try, taste and explore one style of beer. As always, it’s open to everyone — a great excuse to try something new, learn a thing or two, and meet folks who love good beer as much as you do.

So, I’ll see you all this month?

Hey, we wanted to share a big news since January, Partha — our head brewer and co-founder, has been off in Germany. Nope, not because he thought Oktoberfest lasts all year (though honestly, we wouldn’t blame him). He’s in Berlin, deep-diving into the art and science of brewing, (German-style) okay, just science.
