When was the last time you remember, you literally played in the mud like a kid irrespective of whose watching or whose thinking what about you?
Can't remember, right?šµāš« And even if you feel so, you are afraid whether people will judge you, so you hesitate.
What if we say it's absolutely normal and natural to feel the mud and play with it? It's nothing else but earthing, my friends. When our body comes in direct physical contact with the Earth's surface, then that is called Earthing or Grounding.
Earth is a living surface body that has its own energy and its own magnetic field. This earthās energy is absorbed by our body to keep itself in optimum health. Once inside the body, these free electrons act like antioxidants which provide many health benefits. So, electrons move freely between the Earth and the grounded human body.
As we are indoors most of the time, we lack this energy as a result of which we can see a drastic rise in depression, anxiety, etc. cases, and other diseases. On the contrary, people living in nature are much happier and free from diseases.
So, we need to come outside and be in physical contact with mother Earth. It can be anything like grass, rock, mud, beach, river, pond. Keep your bare hands and feet on the ground for 15 minutes daily.
