Forty years ago the Vada Pav centre did probably get popularity from the garden across the street, I can
now say with full conviction that half the crowd in the park uses it only as an excuse to get their hands
on some aloo perfectly fried in dal batter, placed so finely in between a pav greased with the best chutney
mankind could have ever produced. and then came the several others that set up

shop banking on the enormous amount
of crowd the centre attracted. When asked what was the best thing that happened to the Vada Pav owner because of their Vada Pav Centre,
one of the Customer simply replied,
