During race he has to he on his toes and alert all the time. Also in that span he is not allowed to eat. Still he manages his diet and exercise routine very well and dedicated about his weight loss from day one. He was having cholesterol and BP problem before joining the program. Yeahhh🥳🥳 we have a fantastic result once again to share with you all. Ms. Snehal lost a wooping 5kg in just a month.
