🔍 Job Overview
Jeevika World is looking for enthusiastic Telecaller Executives to join our growing team. The role focuses on lead generation, customer support, and sales coordination. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome!
🧑💼 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally
Schedule appointments and perform regular lead follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
Support the sales team to achieve monthly targets
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
Experience:
Freshers: 0–6 months welcome
Experienced candidates: 1+ year preferred
🛠 Required Skills
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry)
Good listening skills and customer-handling ability
🌐 Language Requirements
Mandatory: English & Hindi
Preferred: Marathi
💰 Salary & Benefits
₹8,000 – ₹15,000+ per month (based on experience)
