Hi, I am Chirag, founder of Oh Stuffy.

A cookie brand based in Mumbai.

But before a founder, I will always be a baker.

So are here a few things that will never happen at Oh Stuffy.

Reducing the amount of chocolate in each cookie. A lot of bakeries reduce their quantities once their name is established. I promise Oh Stuffy will never do that.

Switching to cheaper ingredients like using compound chocolate instead of real couverture. The ingredients we use is our pride and it will remain like that.

Baking for speed instead of quality. Once the demands grow, the urge to switch to faster methods is huge but I don’t want to compromise on our SOPs, even if that means selling less pieces.

Using excessive sugar to hide poor flavour balance or making products for trends instead of taste

A lot of brands optimise for margins first.
We optimise for the experience first.

Because at the end of the day, people don’t come back for good branding alone.
They come back for how the product made them feel.
