Encouraging responsible travel, a nature first approach, focus on safety, cleanliness, simple malnad food & plenty of fresh clean air. 8.5 acres of a natural coffee plantation with zero pesticides & fertilizers. 17 years ago, MUGILU was just a dream. The journey has had its fair share of ups and downs, but in every way, it's been deeply fruitful.

Today, it's trees, birds, rain, silence and a way of life we wouldn't trade for anything else.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey and helped us protect this little piece of nature.

Here's to growing older, greener and staying wild!

Seed collection drive at Mugilu, Sakleshpur.

Thanks to .india & their team members, Vijay Kumar, Stephen & Vidwath for identifying Mugilu to be a hotspot for native trees of the Western ghats. The third such drive in a span of one month shows the rich & diverse habitat we have preserved over the years at Mugilu The seeds are propagated in their nursery at Sakleshpur for afforestation in the western ghats.
