Yoga comes from the word yoga, with means connection to our innermost truth.
Most of us are connected to the perceived reality around us, which appears Real, but it is only our mind’s creation.
When we are hooked into the perceived reality, we use words like “I’m feeling Lost”, “I don’t understand what’s happening”, and “I’ve lost the sense of reality!”
Yoga is the connection to the inner reservoir of Love, peace, joy, fulfilment and abundance.
Our minds can either be hooked to the perceived reality or the inner truth
On International Yoga Day, I’ll give you a simple practice to unhook your mind from the perceived reality and hook it back to the inner truth.
It’s best done when you pick up a particular situation and want to see the thoughts running in your mind about that situation.
Step 1:
Ask yourself these questions:
What is my mind thinking about ‘this particular situation’? (Write it down)
Step 2:
How do you feel in this space where your mind is?
If you feel anxious, restless, confused, lost, pressured etc., you are in an unhealthy space of perceived reality. You need to unhook yourself from this space and hook yourself to the truth where you can feel peace, Love and joy.
Step 3:
Bring your hand to your heart
Breath in deeply
Close your eyes and repeat it 5-6 times:
“Come back home, my Love, come back home. “
Imagine the Love, peace and abundance flowing into your heart space. You can associate a colour with the energy if you feel like it.
Try this simple practice and lemme know how you felt
Sending you all Love and healing Light 💖😍
