Wild Nectar is a small initiative to bring together traditional beekeepers in the state that are producing 100% pure natural honey. The vision is to organize and promote wild natural honey under a single brand and to also ensure quality honey from a commercial perspective for the benefit of our consumers and the rural producers alike. e of duty on behalf of the founder. It is an initiative which would attempt to close-in the gap between the hard work and dedication that the rural producers have towards this livelihood activity and the ample opportunities that are available in the market. Wild Nectar will strive for the growth and development of the rural producers and to also spread awareness about the association between beekeeping as a green livelihood option and environmental promotion at the grass-root level and in the process provide the consumers with pure natural honey straight from these hills. Wild Nectar recognizes the relationship between beekeeping and the need for environmental conservation and promotion. Hence, it will strive to play a crucial role in spreading awareness of its importance and in the process help preserve and promote the resources that fuel the industry. Wild Nectar also sees the need for product diversification and is building a sustainable model that would ensure sustainable production of marketable rural-based items based on the region, traditional practices, seasonality, etc thereby ensuring year-round economic security for the rural producers.
