About Us:
Indo Bhutan Exim is a growing import-export company specializing in FMCG products such Mineral water Bottles,Premium water bottles, soft drinks, energy drinks, etc. We are looking to expand our team with a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager who brings experience and energy to drive our growth forward.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for FMCG products across West Bengal, Sikkim and Assam.
Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and partners.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Track and report on sales performance, marketing campaigns, and ROI.

Lead and mentor a small team of sales executives (if applicable).

Coordinate with logistics and supply teams to ensure timely deliveries and inventory management.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing (import/export or distribution sector preferred).

Strong market knowledge West Benagl Bengal/Sikkim region is a plus.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to meet targets and work under pressure.

Familiarity with retail and wholesale channel dynamics.

Language: Hindi, English ( Nepali is a bonus).
