During the 10th Muharram procession in Mumbai, India, four men dressed like Shia mourners gave capsules to people. They told everyone the capsules would make them stronger and were good for health.
After taking the capsules, many people became very sick. They had severe stomach pain and terrible headaches. They were taken to the hospital immediately.
Police arrested that men. They asked people not to take unknown capsules and to hand any remaining capsules over to the police.
