While on the above projects the promoters closely interacted and gained in-depth knowledge & experience from the best-of-class global experts like McDonald’s for QSR & Cold Chain, Wal-Mart & Spar for Retail, PepsiCo for FMCG, The Stellar for cold store engineering, Keogh Consultants in supply chain structuring etc. They then worked on indigenisation and adopting the concepts to local realities – an example of linking Global with Local! The fact that each of the promoters is expert in his area of functionalities and together they cover all the areas like business modelling, engineering, project management, supply chain operations, quality & audit, people, commercial, IT and business management gives credence to ImpelPro’s offer of ‘end-to-end’ supply chain solutions.
