Dabeli, also known as "Kutcchi Dabeli," is a popular street food originating from the Kutch region of Gujarat, India. It consists of a spiced potato filling combined with a tangy and aromatic blend of chutneys, roasted peanuts, pomegranate seeds inside a soft pav . Often garnished with onions, cilantro, and sev, the dish without any fail makes a satisfying and flavorful snack. Dabeli is loved for its combination of spicy, sweet, tangy, and savory flavors, and it's enjoyed as a quick bite or a hearty snack across India, especially in Gujarat and Maharashtra.
