Seeing this brought a deep sense of pride and quiet fulfillment to us, at Vaisakh Gardens. It was shared by one of our family friends - our father’s close friend. When he forwarded it, it felt like a meaningful, indirect acknowledgement of the work we have been committed to over the past decade.

Over these years, we have supplied saplings across the country, but Dr. Srinivas Rao () stands out as one of the very few who has openly acknowledged that his dragon fruit journey began with saplings from us, all with just 20 saplings many years back, which grew manifold over the years. That recognition holds special value for us.

It is particularly gratifying to see the role he has played in establishing dragon fruit as a regular table fruit, closely aligned with the vision our father had from the beginning. His efforts to popularize it among children and encourage thoughtful, healthier choices have made a lasting impact. In many ways, our journeys have progressed hand in hand toward a shared purpose.

We are truly happy to see the heights you are reaching and wish you continued success in the path ahead. We look forward to catching up with you soon. Our father has asked us to convey his warm regards as well.

to careful ripening, cleaning, and packing , this is the real journey of jackfruit at Vaisakh Gardens.

Introducing our 1-Litre Kombucha Bottle

Passion fruit kombucha getting refilled in our 1 L bottle—and here’s why we love this idea

1. Perfect for gatherings

Hosting a party, meetup, or small get-together? Skip multiple small bottles. Just fill one litre of your favourite flavour—simple and convenient.

2. Eco-friendly choice

Less glass, less waste. One big bottle instead of piling up smaller ones.

3. For regular kombucha lovers

One litre gives you around 4 glasses. On the 5th day, just bring the same bottle back cleaned, dried, and ready and refill with your favourite flavour.

Bottle + kombucha for just ₹599.00

Bring your bottle. Choose your flavour. Refill and enjoy!

It’s these small farm moments that give us ideas and we plan for new things!!

From Farm to Bottle – Our Organic Blue Pea Journey

At Vaisakh Gardens, we take pride in growing organic blue pea flowers with love and care. Here's how we bring them to you:

1. Hand-Harvested: Each flower is gently picked by hand at the right time to ensure the best quality and colour.

2. Shade-Dried: We naturally dry the flowers in shade to preserve their rich colour, aroma, and nutrients – without using any chemicals or heat.

3. Clean Packing: Once dried, we carefully clean, sort, and pack the flowers into clean, airtight glass bottles to keep them fresh and beautiful for you.

Pure, natural, and handled with care – just the way nature intended.
