1/2 cup Ayurposhini Kodo Millet Puttu Podi
1/4 cup Grated Coconut (plus extra for topping)
1/4 cup Milk (boiled and cooled)
1/2 tsp Ghee
A pinch of Salt
How to Make It ๐ฉโ๐ณ
Roast: Dry roast the Kodo Millet Puttu Podi in a pan for 2โ3 minutes . Let it cool completely.
Mix: In a bowl, add the roasted powder, salt, grated coconut, and ghee.
Hydrate: Pour in the milk gradually and mix until it reaches a moist, crumbly consistency.
Pulse: For that extra soft "viral" texture, give the mixture a quick 5-second pulse in a mixer jar.
Chill: Let the mixture rest in the fridge for about 20 minutes, this helps the millet absorb the moisture perfectly.
Steam: Spread the mixture into a ghee greased plate or puttu kutti, top with more coconut, and steam for 15 minutes.
