Maida (All-purpose flour) – 1½ cups
Powdered Sugar – ¾ cup
Milk – ½ cup
Refined Oil – ¼ cup
Strawberry Syrup – ⅓ cup
Strawberry Essence – ¼ tsp
Dried Strawberries, chopped – 2 tbsp
Baking Powder – 1½ tsp
Baking Soda – ½ tsp
Salt – 1 pinch
Pink Gel Food Colour – 2–3 drops
Vinegar or Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
🍓 For Coating the Dried Strawberries
Maida – a small amount, just enough to lightly coat the chopped dried strawberries

💡 Tip: Lightly coat the chopped dried strawberries with a little maida before adding them to the batter. This helps distribute them more evenly throughout the cake.
