Today's dinner
Hung curd paratha, chutney curd and ragi flour sev.

Absolutely new experiment in my kitchen.
No flour idiyappam

Method
Wash 1 cup rice 2/ 3 times
Add 1/2 water and soak it for 4 to 5 hours
Then blend it nicely with this soaked water.
Now add 1 and 1/2 cup water in this blended mixture.
Add required salt, cook it till mixture becomes just like dough.
cover it for 5 minutes.
After that slightly cool fill it in greased sev machine
Spread it on greased plate/ idli stand.
Steam it for 6 to 7 minutes.
follow the same method for another round.
sprinkle some podi/ red chilli powder, desiccated coconut
Now tempering it with oil, hing, rai, sesame, curry leaves, green chili, peanuts.
pour it on sevai
your delicious and more healthy idiyappam is raedy
serve it a cup of tea/ coffee.

Note that use 1 year old any rice but not basmati
total water consume 2 cup for 1 cup rice.
You can do it with whole jowar/ ragi milk
Jowar soaking time is 10 to 12 hours.
