Delicious and nutrition tikki from My Kitchen Experiments
Method
Mix 2 cup, puffed jowar flour/ jowar popcorn, 1 cup sprouts moong crushed, 1 cup washed oats,
Paste of green masala along with crushed coconut, jeera, salt, garam masala and chopped onions.
2 tbs ragi milk powder/ rice flour
Mix all ingredient, if required add little bit of water/ curd
Prepare tikki, shallow fry applying oil both sides
Saute it till it becomes crispy
