We strive to create delicacies that bring a French culinary experience here in Iceland. I am Aurore, a French pastry chef in Reykjavik. My passion lies in in pastry, i have studied at the world-renowned Institute Paul Bocuse in France and have worked in the industry for over 16 years at some of the very finest establishments. Enjoy the making off of our gigantic raspberry mokka cake for this wedding weekend!
This project was so much fun to bring to life with my pastry intern Annika 👩🏼‍🍳🍰.
This order was im fact a last minute save for a friend, 🫶🏻 thank you Axel for your trust, I hope your wedded friends enjoyed the treat!🥳
Fun fact, 😅 we actually had two giant wedding cakes to make that weekend at the same time and will post a video of the next one soon 😎.

Your perfect pairing of Japanese teas with our Japan-inspired pastries was a delightful experience.
