Our vineyards were planted at different point in time but always according to the same principles: widely space rows, and widely spaced vines with high trellises. Better sun exposure and improved ventilation allow to delaying harvest and lead to ripe grapes; it’s a simple but efficient strategy.Wine making is carried out with care and patience: long fermentation, long aging, soft crashing, soft pr

essure, slow cleaning.Based on more than forty years of experience we believe that less is more. It is not by chance that our wines have such a strong character and our label is so essential and refined.

Vinitaly 2016 é quasi alle porte. Dal 10 al 13 Aprile, vi aspettiamo al Padiglione 10, isola 7, stand 7.10.
