🇬🇧 The art of blending: when different grape varieties come together to create something unique. 🍷

Each grape brings its own character, aromas, and structure. The secret lies in finding the perfect balance while enhancing the qualities of each.

This pursuit of balance is what shapes two of our w**es: Cum Sanguis and Sal Terrae.

Two different expressions of blending, united by the same philosophy: bringing out the unique identity of our terroir. 🍇

I was born and raised among these vineyards 🍇✨

From 1946 to today, the story of Il Palazzo is my family’s story. Starting out with cereal farming, around the year 2000 we transformed the business to focus on w**emaking.

Today, I am proud to bring our w**es to over 30 countries around the world, sharing the passion and roots of our land wherever we go 🍷🌍

There are roots we cannot see, yet they are what hold everything else together. ❤️

They are our grandparents, with their stories, the gestures passed down through generations, the time devoted to family, and that love for the land that continues from one generation to the next. 🍇

At Il Palazzo, so much of who we are today comes from those who came before us.

Because some legacies are not measured by what is left behind, but by what continues to live on in people.

Harvesting is not the same for all our w**es. 🍇

At Il Palazzo, we choose how to harvest each grape variety based on what we want to preserve.

🍷 Our red grapes are harvested mechanically: it means greater efficiency, fewer working hours, and the ability to act quickly in case of rain.

🤍🌸 Our whites and rosé, on the other hand, are hand-picked in the early hours of the morning, when temperatures are cooler, to minimize crushing and preserve their aromas and freshness.

Because even the moment of harvest plays a role in the way a w**e comes to life.
