CONÀMORE nasce da un esperimento iniziato nel 2009 in Tenuta Baron, con l’impianto del primo appezzamento di Shiraz, una sfida agronomica coltivata negli anni con dedizione e ricerca.
Dopo un attento lavoro in vigna, le uve esprimono note di spezie, pepe nero e frutti rossi maturi.✨
Affinato 24 mesi in barrique e tonneaux, viene poi assemblato con Merlot (75% Shiraz, 25% Merlot nell’annata 2018), dando vita a un rosso potente ed esplosivo al naso, ma vellutato e rotondo al palato, con una lunga e avvolgente persistenza di frutti rossi e spezie.
CONÀMORE was born from an experiment that began in 2009 at Tenuta Baron, with the planting of the first Shiraz vineyard — an agronomic challenge carefully cultivated over the years with dedication and research.
Through meticulous vineyard work, the grapes develop distinctive notes of spice, black pepper, and ripe red fruits.✨
After 24 months of aging in barriques and tonneaux, the wine is blended with Merlot (75% Shiraz and 25% Merlot in the 2018 vintage), creating a red that is powerful and explosive on the nose, yet velvety and round on the palate, with a long, enveloping persistence of red fruits and spices.
