I vini di Tenuta Baron sono ottenuti da uve coltivate utilizzando tecniche dì agricoltura sostenibile nelle collina di Villa Persicini ora Tenuta Baron sita in Fonte (TV) nelle adiacenze della citta di Asolo, uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia. con una tipologia di terreno argilloso con ottima ventilazione proveniente dal Monte Grappa e dalle Prealpi Dolominitiche, il posizionamente a sud-est espon

e il vigneto per tutto il giorno ai raggi del sole. La vigna è lavorato interamente a mano anche per le sue pendici scoscese e per la scelta di rispetto per la natura dei proprietari.

CORTECCIA is a single-vineyard Chardonnay, harvested at optimal ripeness and aged on fine lees for 10 months after a short fermentation in tonneaux.

In the glass, it reveals a golden yellow color with delicate straw highlights. The bouquet offers notes of ripe fruit, honey, and subtle hints of oak, while the palate is rich, refined, and beautifully structured.
