🇬🇧 While harvest has already begun in Ch*****ne, Burgundy, Northern Italy and Tuscany, there is still time in our vineyards in Campania, on Mount Kithaironas near Athens, and in Crete. In some areas, we will begin picking in early September; in others, almost a month from now.
In an increasingly warm and unpredictable climate, these places and their indigenous varieties have a powerful story to tell. Grown here for centuries and adapted to sunlight, drought, wind and altitude, these grapes can still preserve freshness, balance and identity.
Perhaps some of the answers to tomorrow’s climate challenges have been here all along, rooted in lands with thousands of years of viticultural history.
