Between the walls of the Castle of Soave and the hills that surround it, time has left deep traces.

Here, among vineyards, battles and trade routes, Soave has shaped its identity over the centuries, preserving the memory of its past season after season.

Our vineyards have been part of this story since 1977. Caring for these hills means becoming part of a landscape where viticulture and heritage have always belonged together.

And among these hills, history still feels very much alive.

Rambaldi Apartments, owned by the Rizzardi family, has received the Global Best of Wine Tourism 2026, the most prestigious international award dedicated to wine tourism.

The project was born from the restoration of the historic Guerrieri Rizzardi wine cellars in the heart of Bardolino—spaces that for centuries told the story of wine production and that today welcome travelers from around the world.

A project that brings together wine, architecture and hospitality, and that reflects the value of a territory capable of renewing itself without losing its identity.

The recognition comes at a significant moment, as Bardolino and Lake Garda are currently candidates for Italian Capital of Culture 2029.
